T&P, which recently celebrated its 50th birthday, was established in October, 1955.  The company grew rapidly because of the corresponding growth of business forms presses. Soon T&P was saturating the market with thousands of punch and die rings in the 60s and 70s. International sales also started growing at this time due to T&P's expanded overseas operations.

Over the past 15 years, T&P has extensively upgraded its equipment and computers. The latest Autocad software is used in the engineering department, and more CNC machining centers and lathes have been purchased for the production department.
